Messaging System Often it is useful to be able to enable interactive online discussions about the answers to questions posed by AKAS. This is possible using the e-mail and newsgroup options which can be incorporated within an AKAS application. People can swap ideas via a message board or through e-mail until a consensus is reached about how to answer a question. Alternatively they may use this facility to raise an alert to an issue.
