Database Connectivity Two important processes for creating AKAS applications have been automated to simplify application deployment. AKAS application questions and the required level of intelligence are created with the user-friendly AKAS Builder. Once the forms description has been created the Microsoft SQL Server metabase (holds the forms description) and database (the repository for data collected) is created by simply clicking a button. The metabase is then automatically converted into HTML forms by the AKAS Server module.
